Sip, nibble and learn the secrets of tasty writing with The New York Times’s Melissa Clark discussing her new cookbook, “Dinner in One: Exceptional & Easy One-Pan Meals” and world natural wine expert, Alice Feiring, on her latest bibacious journey, “To Fall in Love, Drink This: A wine-writer’s memoir.”

In this Deadline Club talk with two literary gourmet legends and long-time friends, the multi-title authors will discuss writing about the passions of the palate, from short features to long-form narrative. The moderator is NYU journalism professor and Deadline Club Events VP, Jessica Seigel. The holiday-spirited evening starts with a natural wine bar reception selected by Feiring and ends with book sales and signing.
